MITIGATION CONSERVATION PROGRAM

Terra Alta works with Unique Places to Save, a non-profit land and water conservation organization, where we administer, operate, and promote their stream, wetland and endangered species mitigation conservation program. To date, we have transacted over 70 conservation projects in seven states and raised nearly $3,000,000 in stewardship endowment funds for the organization.

COMMERCIAL FARMLAND CONSERVATION CONSULTING

Terra Alta consults for International Farming, a privately owned institutional commercial farmland investment manager at the center of the world’s food ecosystem. We provide multiple conservation and real estate services including conservation planning and strategies, conservation funding, and other real estate consulting services.

REAL ESATE INVESTMENT & ASSET MANAGEMENT

Terra Alta consults and partners with Arcadian Land & Water, a privately owned real estate investment and asset management company based in North Carolina. We provide multiple real estate services including conservation planning and strategies, conservation funding, and other real estate management and consulting services.

SMALLER-SCALE FARMLAND PRESERVATION

Terra Alta partnered with the Village of Corrales in New Mexico to lead implementation of their Farmland Preservation effort that expended $2,500,000 in bond funding for acquisition of conservation easements for purposes of agricultural, recreation, and open space utility and protection.
